My Vehicle Scout

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026.

Service

My Vehicle Scout provides vehicle research and decision-support services. We do not sell vehicles, act as a dealer or broker, negotiate with sellers, provide financing, perform mechanical inspections, or guarantee vehicle condition, title status, availability, or future reliability.

Search results

Listings and vehicle information can change quickly. Recommendations are based on information reasonably available during the search period. You are responsible for independently verifying any vehicle, seller, title, history, condition, pricing, financing, insurance, taxes, and registration before purchase.

Payment and scope

The Personal Vehicle Search is a one-time $49 service covering a focused 7-day search and up to three top candidates when suitable candidates can be identified. A purchase does not guarantee that a suitable vehicle will exist or remain available during the search window.

No professional inspection

Any inspection guidance we provide is informational. We strongly recommend an independent pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic before buying a used vehicle.

Limitation

Vehicle purchases involve risk. My Vehicle Scout is not responsible for decisions made by buyers, seller conduct, listing inaccuracies, hidden defects, market changes, or losses arising from a vehicle purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version posted on this site applies to new purchases made after the posted update date.
